three seconds
• The Rules: No punching. No kicking. No hammer-
locks. Wrestling, grappling, pushing, pulling, picking up and throwing off are all OK
• Athletes fight to push the opponents feet
off hill top
• Athletes struggle to keep their feet upon hill top
• Three second count to win.
Whoever keeps both feet on hill top while holding
off opponent for three seconds is the winner
• A tie is broken by a sudden death "Fight till you
drop" playoff
